Even the highest quality equipment occasionally needs service. All new products sold by Kenmore Camera include their original manufacturer's USA warranty.
(All new cameras and lenses sold by Kenmore Camera are USA product, not "Grey Market" or imports.)
All new equipment requiring service is sent to the manufacturer's repair facility to ensure the highest quality service. (In other words, a Nikon lens will be sent to Nikon, USA for service). All repairs performed by the manufacturers are warranted by the manufacturer.

If you purchased your equipment from Kenmore Camera, we will be happy to assist you in receiving warranty service from the manufacturer at no charge. Kenmore Camera will carefully and securely package your equipment and handle all communications with the manufacturers repair facility, and keep you informed as the repair status changes.
If the repair facility determines that the required repairs are covered under warranty, the item will be repaired and returned to Kenmore Camera for customer pickup.
If the repair facility determines that the required repairs are not covered under warranty (such as water damage, impact, etc.), we will inform you as to the cost of repair and you can decide whether or not to proceed with the work.
This service is provided as a courtesy to Kenmore Camera customers. If you purchased your equipment at another dealer, we encourage you to contact your seller for assistance, or contact the manufacturer's service department directly. If you purchased your equipment from Kenmore Camera, and the manufacturer's warranty has expired, we will offer the same service as for warranted items, but a $25 service charge will be required to cover shipping and handling to and from the repair facility.
Unless specified otherwise ("As-Is") , all Kenmore Camera used equipment carries a 2-month warranty. During the warranty period, Kenmore Camera will have the defective equipment repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Extended Warranties are available for purchase separately, with repair service provided by Mack Camera and Video Service. Mack warranties are available for both new and used equipment, and range in scope from 1 to 3 years in length.
