Product Description

The VGC6 Vertical Grip has been designed to offer hold and control access consistent with the camera body, delivering comfort and operability for long shooting sessions.

The VGC6 Vertical Grip offers secure hold and ergonomic controls consistent with the camera body, ensuring comfort during long shoots. It includes front and rear dials with a lock function, for seamless operation in both vertical and horizontal positions. 

Optimized dual battery use for prolonged operation 
The VGC6 Vertical Grip holds two NPSA100 batteries. When using two batteries, the camera will operate for nearly twice as long as when using one battery. Remaining battery time is shown on the camera display for confident shooting. Power and charging via the camera's USB Type‑C® connector*2 are supported. 

Part of a durable, reliable system 
Built with the same dust and moisture resistance*1 as the camera body, the VGC6 Vertical Grip ensures reliable performance in tough conditions. Its magnesium alloy frame adds exceptional durability. 

Controls and features 
Provides sliding battery tray, tripod mount socket, camera strap attachment points, shutter button, AF ON / AEL / MOVIE / C2 buttons, Multi Selector, front dial, and rear dials (×2).

The VGC6 uses recycled plastic materials, constituting more than 60%*4 of the main unit's plastic weight, including our durable SORPLAS™ material. We are also transitioning to non-plastic packaging materials*5.
